Each of the Loan Documents, including the Loan Agreement and the Disclosure Letter, and any and all other agreements, documents, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and and/or delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Loan Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Loan Agreement or the Disclosure Letter, as the case may be, whether direct or indirect, shall mean a reference to the Loan Agreement or the Disclosure Letter, as applicable, as amended hereby. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.

Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Loan Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Agreement shall mean containing a reference to the Loan Agreement shall mean and refer to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby.

Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Agreement Modified Documents and any and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Loan Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Agreement Modified Documents shall mean a reference to the Agreement Modified Documents as amended hereby.

Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Agreement or the Notes shall mean a reference to the Agreement or the Notes, as applicable, as amended hereby.

Each of the Agreement and the other Loan Documents, including the Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and and/or delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Agreement or other Loan Documents to the Agreement shall mean a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby.

Each of the Loan DocumentsDocuments (as defined in the Loan), including the Agreement Loan and any and all other agreements, documents, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement as amended herebyLoan, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Agreement shall mean a reference to the Agreement Agreement, as amended hereby.

Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Agreement Original Credit Agreement, the Notes and any and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement Original Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Original Credit Agreement shall mean a reference to the Agreement Original Credit Agreement, and as further amended hereby.

Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Agreement and any Note and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Agreement shall mean containing a reference to the Agreement Note shall mean and refer to the Note as amended hereby..

Each of the Loan Documents, including the Credit Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall mean a reference to the Agreement Credit Agreement, as amended hereby.
