Common use of Reference to and Effect on Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on Loan Documents. (a) On and after the date hereof, each reference in the Loan Agreement to "this Agreement", "hereunder", "hereof", "herein" or words of like import, and each reference in the other Loan Documents, shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby. (b) Except as specifically amended herein, the Loan Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
