Common use of Reference to and Effect on Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on Loan Documents. (a) On and after the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to "this Agreement", "hereunder", "hereof", "herein" or words of like import, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby. (b) Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, the execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment shall not operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of any Lender, or the Agent under the Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, shall not constitute a waiver of any provision of the Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, nor shall it affect or diminish any Lender's or the Agent's rights to hereafter require strict performance of any provision of the Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.
