Common use of Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the Amendment No. 4 Effective Date, each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement and each reference in any other Credit Document to “the Credit Agreement” shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the Amendment No. 4 Effective Dateeffectiveness of this Fourth Amendment, each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement as amended by this Fourth Amendment and each reference to the Credit Agreement in any other Credit Document to “document, instrument or agreement executed and/or delivered in connection with the Credit Agreement” Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement, as amended by this Fourth Amendment.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the Amendment No. 4 Effective Dateeffectiveness of this Fifth Amendment, each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement as amended by this Fifth Amendment and each reference to the Credit Agreement in any other Credit Document to “document, instrument or agreement executed and/or delivered in connection with the Credit Agreement” Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement, as amended by this Fifth Amendment.
