Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness hereof, on and after the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment as set forth in Section 3 hereof, on and after the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” ”, “hereunder,” ”, “hereof,” ”, “herein,” or words of like importimport shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby, and each reference in the Notes and the other Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness hereof, on From and after the date hereof, each reference in effectiveness of the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, shall mean and be a reference amendment to the Credit Agreement evidenced hereby, the terms “Agreement”, “this Agreement”, “herein”, “hereinafter”, “hereto”, “hereof” and words of similar import, as amended herebyused in the Amended Credit Agreement, shall, unless the context otherwise requires, refer to the Amended Credit Agreement, and the term “Credit Agreement”, as used in the other Loan Documents, shall mean the Amended Credit Agreement.

(a) Upon the effectiveness hereof, on Amendment Effective Date and after the date hereofthereafter, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

(a) Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment pursuant to Section 3 hereof, on and after the date hereof, Effective Date each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, import and each reference to the Credit Agreement in each other Loan Document shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended modified hereby.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness hereof, on and after the date hereofof this Agreement, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, similar import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement Agreement, as amended herebyby this Agreement. Except as specifically amended pursuant hereto, the Credit Agreement, and all other Financing Documents (and all covenants, terms, conditions and agreements therein), shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects by Borrower.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness hereof, on and after the date hereofof this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” ”, “hereunder,” ”, “hereof,” ”, “herein,” ”, or words of like import, import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement Agreement, as amended hereby, and each reference to the Credit Agreement in any other document, instrument or agreement executed and/or delivered in connection with the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby. This Amendment is a Loan Document for all purposes.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness of Section 1 hereof, on and after the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Credit Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement Agreement, as amended hereby.

This Amendment is a Loan Document pursuant to the Credit Agreement and shall (unless expressly indicated herein or therein) be construed, administered, and applied, in accordance with all of the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement.

(a) Upon the effectiveness hereof, on and after the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement (including any reference to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, import referring thereto) or in any other Loan Document shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
