Common use of Reference to and Effect on the Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Documents. (a) This Amendment shall be deemed to constitute a Credit Document for all purposes and in all respects. Each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein” or words of like import, and each reference in the Credit Agreement or in any other Credit Document, or other agreements, documents or other instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Credit Agreement to the “Credit Agreement”, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
