Common use of Reference to and Effect on the Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on the Existing Credit Agreement. On and after the Restatement Effective Date, each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Existing Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Restated Credit Agreement.
