REFERENCE TO AND EFFECT ON THE GUARANTY AND THE OTHER LOAN DOCUMENTS. On and after the date hereof, each reference to the Guaranty contained in any of the Loan Documents shall mean and be a reference to the Guaranty as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Guaranty shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed by the Guarantor.
