Common use of Reference to and Effect on the Indenture Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on the Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture shall be construed as supplemental to the Indenture and all the terms and conditions of this Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of the Indenture. The provisions of this Supplemental Indenture shall for the purposes of this series of Securities supersede the provisions of the Base Indenture to the extent the Base Indenture is inconsistent herewith.
