Common use of Reference to and Effect on the Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on the Purchase Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, on and after the date hereof each reference in the Purchase Agreement to "this Agreement", "hereunder", "hereof' or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement, and each reference in any other document to "the Purchase Agreement", "thereunder", "thereof' or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement, as amended hereby.

Reference to and Effect on the Purchase Agreement. (ai) Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, on On and after the date hereof of this Tenth Amendment, each reference in the Purchase Agreement to "this Agreement", "hereunder", "hereof' ", "herein" or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement, and each reference in any other document related documents to the "the Purchase Agreement", "thereunder", "thereof' " or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement, Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement, Agreement as amended herebyto give effect to the Tenth Amendment.
