Common use of Reference to and Effect on the Supply Agreement and the First and Second Amendments Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on the Supply Agreement and the First and Second Amendments. (A) On and after the Effective Date of this Third Amendment, each reference in the Supply Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” or words of like import referring to the Supply Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Supply Agreement, as amended by this Third Amendment.
