Upon Payment of the Bonds, including all fees and charges of the Trustee, all references in this Agreement to the Bonds and the Trustee shall be ineffective, and the Trustee, the Authority and the holders of any of the Bonds shall not thereafter have any right hereunder, excepting those that shall have theretofore vested.
