Reference To Certain Terms. For purposes of this Agreement: (1) references to “Articles” and “Sections” are to those Articles and Sections appearing in this Agreement unless explicitly indicated otherwise; and (2) references to statutes include all rules and regulations under those statutes, and all amendments and successors to those statutes.
