Common use of Reference to Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Reference to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” in the Warrant Agreement (including all exhibits thereto) shall mean Company Common Shares.

Reference to Common Stock. All As a result thereof, all references to the “Common Stock” in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all exhibits Exhibits thereto) shall mean Company Common Sharesshares of common stock of the Company.

Reference to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” or to “shares of Common Stock” in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all exhibits Exhibits thereto but excluding the recitals thereto) shall mean Company “Common Shares”.
