Common use of Reference to Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to Credit Agreement. On and after the First Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended by this First Amendment.

Reference to Credit Agreement. On From and after the First Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “"this Credit Agreement”", “"hereof", "hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” " or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreementimport, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring all references to the Credit Agreement in any and all agreements, instruments, documents, notes, certificates and other writings of every kind and nature, shall be deemed to mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as modified and amended by this First Amendment.

Reference to Credit Agreement. On and after the First Amendment Effective Dateeffective date of this Amendment, each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, ,” “hereunder”, ,” “hereof”, ,” “herein” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreementimport, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the “Credit Agreement”” in any Loan Documents, “thereunder”or other agreements, “thereof” documents or words of like import referring other instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended by this First AmendmentAgreement.

Reference to Credit Agreement. On and after the First Amendment Effective Dateeffective date of this Amendment, each reference in the Amended Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, ,” “hereunder”, ,” “hereof”, ,” “herein” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreementimport, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the “Credit Agreement”” in any Note and in any Loan Document, “thereunder”or other agreements, “thereof” documents or words of like import referring other instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Amended Credit Agreement Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement as amended by this First AmendmentAgreement.

Reference to Credit Agreement. On and after the First Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “"this Agreement”, “," "hereunder”, “hereof”, “," "herein” " or words of like import referring import, and each reference to the "Credit Agreement" in the Replacement Note and in any Credit Document, or other agreements, documents or other instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Credit Agreement, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement Agreement, as amended by this First Amendmentherein.

Reference to Credit Agreement. On From and after the First Amendment Effective Restated Agreement Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “"this Credit Agreement”", “hereunder”, “"hereof”, “herein” " or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreementimport, and each reference in the all other Loan Documents writings of every kind and nature, shall be deemed to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as modified and amended by this First Amendment.Restated and Amended Credit Agreement. All terms not otherwise defined in this First AmendmentAmendment shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Credit Agreement.
