Common use of Reference to Loan Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to Loan Agreement. The Loan and Security Agreement, as amended hereby, and all other Loan Documents, whether now or hereafter executed and delivered, are hereby amended so that any reference to the Loan and Security Agreement shall mean a reference to the Loan and Security Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
