Common use of Reference to Original Indenture Clause in Contracts

Reference to Original Indenture. Except insofar as otherwise expressly provided herein, all the provisions, definitions, terms and conditions of the Original Indenture, as it has been and may from time to time be amended, shall be deemed to be incorporated in and made a part of this Supplemental Indenture; and the Original Indenture as heretofore supplemented and as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed; and the Original Indenture, as amended, and this Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
