Reference to Plans. XXXXX agrees that any changes in coverage under its employee insurance benefit plans shall be subject to negotiations with the Union during the term of this Agreement. METRO further agrees that there shall be no decrease in scope or coverage provided by the plans unless mutually agreed upon.
