REFERENCE TO THE LOAN AGREEMENT. (a) Upon and during the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Loan Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement, as affected by this Amendment.
REFERENCE TO THE LOAN AGREEMENT. 6.1. Upon the effectiveness of this Fourth Amendment, each reference in the Loan Agreement to "this Agreement", "hereunder", "herein", or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement, as affected and amended hereby.
REFERENCE TO THE LOAN AGREEMENT. Each of the Loan Documents is hereby amended so that any reference in any Loan Document to the Loan Agreement or to any other Loan Document shall mean a reference to the Loan Agreement or such other Loan Document as amended hereby, and any reference in the Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document to the Revolving Credit Note shall mean a reference to the Fourth Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Note and the Guidance Line Note No. 1 executed contemporaneously herewith.
REFERENCE TO THE LOAN AGREEMENT. (a) Upon the effectiveness of this Second Amendment, each reference in the Loan Agreement to "this Agreement", "hereunder", or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement, as affected and amended hereby.
REFERENCE TO THE LOAN AGREEMENT. This Mortgage is the “Mortgage” referred to in the Loan Agreement and is subject to all the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement. Should any provision of the Loan Agreement be inconsistent or contrary to the provisions of this Mortgage, the provisions of the Loan Agreement shall control.

REFERENCE TO THE LOAN AGREEMENT. The terms, conditions, and provisions of the Loan Agreement are incorporated herein by reference, the same as if set forth herein verbatim, which terms, conditions, and provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect hereunder until the Secured Obligations are paid and performed in full.
