Reference to the Loan Documents Sample Clauses
Reference to the Loan Documents. From and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, and each reference to the “Credit Agreement” or “Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof”, “therein” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement in any other Loan Document, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
Reference to the Loan Documents. From and after the Seventh Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein” or words of like import, and each reference to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder,” “thereof,” “therein” or words of like import in any other Loan Document, shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement.
Reference to the Loan Documents. This Mortgage is the Mortgage referred to in the Loan Documents, executed by and between the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee and is subject to all the terms and provisions of the Loan Documents. Should any provisions of the Loan Documents be inconsistent or contrary to the provisions of this Mortgage, the provisions of the Loan Documents shall control.

On and after the effectiveness of this Amendment No. 1, each reference in the Loan Documents to the "Margin Loan Agreement", "thereunder", "thereof" (and each reference in the Margin Loan Agreement to this "Agreement", "hereunder" or "hereof") or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Existing Margin Loan Agreement (as amended and modified hereby), unless the context otherwise requires.
