Common use of Reference to the Master Servicing Rights Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to the Master Servicing Rights Purchase Agreement. Each of Seller and Purchaser agrees that (a) this Sale Supplement is a “Sale Supplement” executed pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Agreement, (b) the terms of this Sale Supplement are hereby incorporated into the Agreement with respect to the Servicing Agreements and the related Mortgage Loans to the extent set forth therein and herein, and (c) the terms of this Sale Supplement apply to the Servicing Agreements specified herein and not to any other “Servicing Agreement” as that term is used in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Sale Supplement and the Agreement, the terms of this Sale Supplement shall prevail.
