Reference to the Subadviser. The Corporation or the Adviser or any affiliate or agent thereof shall have the right to make reference to or use the name of the Subadviser or any of its affiliates in any advertising or promotional materials unless the Subadviser, by written notice withholds such right, however the right shall not be unreasonably withheld.
