Common use of Reference to the Subadviser Clause in Contracts

Reference to the Subadviser. The Adviser and the Fund are authorized to publish and distribute any information, including but not limited to registration statements, advertising or promotional material, regarding the provision of sub-investment advisory services by the Subadviser pursuant to this Agreement and to use in advertising, publicity or otherwise the name of the Subadviser, or any trade name, trademark, trade device, service xxxx, symbol or logo of the Subadviser, with the prior written consent of the Subadviser. In addition, the Adviser may distribute information regarding the provision of sub-investment advisory services by the Subadviser to the Board with the prior written consent of the Subadviser. The Adviser shall provide copies of such items to the Subadviser upon request within a reasonable time following such use, publication or distribution.
