Reference to Underlying Transaction/ Purpose Clause. The terms of a Foreign Credit Instrument must contain a narrative reference to what has been reported to the Foreign Issuing Lender about the underlying transaction as well as a purpose clause describing those of the relevant Borrower’s obligations that are covered by such Foreign Credit Instrument.
