References and Conflicts. References appearing in Section 1(a) are intended to designate some of the other places in the Lease where additional provisions applicable to the particular Fundamental Lease Provisions appear. These references are for convenience only and shall not be deemed all inclusive. Each reference in this Lease to any of the Fundamental Lease Provisions contained in Section 1(a) shall be construed to incorporate all of the terms provided for under such provisions, and such provisions shall be read in conjunction with all other provisions of this Lease applicable thereto. If there is any conflict between any of the Fundamental Lease Provisions set forth in Section 1(a) and any other provisions of the Lease, the latter shall control.
