References and Past Experience. Offeror shall supply the names, addresses, telephone numbers and complete contact information of three (3) references for which work has been accomplished. Higher Education references are preferred. Include a complete description of the type of service(s) provided. References should be relevant with regard to the scope of services outlined in this RFP. By submitting a Proposal, the Offeror grants permission to the University to contact references.
