References to Acts Performed by the Trust or Rights of the Trust. For greater certainty, where any reference is made in this Contract of Trust to an act to be performed by the Trust or to rights of the Trust, such reference shall be construed and applied for all purposes as if it referred to an act to be performed by the Trustees on behalf of the Trust or by some other person duly authorized to do so by the Trustees or pursuant to the provisions hereof, or to rights of the Trustees, in their capacity as Trustees of the Trust, as the case may be.
