Common use of References to Additional Amounts Clause in Contracts

References to Additional Amounts. All references in this Agreement to principal, premium and interest in respect of any Note shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be deemed to mean and include all Additional Amounts, if any, payable in respect thereof as set forth in such Note.
