References to “Agreement” etc. Unless otherwise specified, references in this Trust Agreement to sections and schedules are to sections of, and schedules to, this Trust Agreement. References in this Trust Agreement to “Agreement”, “herein”, “hereafter”, “hereby”, “hereto”, “hereof” and “hereunder” and similar expressions shall be deemed to refer to this Trust Agreement and shall not be limited to the particular article or section in which such words appear.
