Common use of References to and Effect on the Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

References to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. From and after the effectiveness of such amendment, the terms “Agreement”, “this Agreement”, “herein”, “hereinafter”, “hereto”, “hereof” and words of similar import, as used in the Credit Agreement, shall, unless the context otherwise requires, refer to the Credit Agreement, and the term “Credit Agreement”, as used in the other Loan Documents, shall mean the Credit Agreement as amended hereby and as may be further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. This Fifth Amendment shall constitute a “Loan Document” under the Credit Agreement.
