Common use of References to Bonds Clause in Contracts

References to Bonds. Holders/Bondholders and Owners. While Bonds bear interest in different Interest Rate Periods or are otherwise designated as separate subseries, the terms “Bonds,” “Holders,” “Bondholders,” and “Owners” shall mean only the Bonds, Holders, Bondholders and Owners of the applicable subseries of Bonds bearing interest in such Interest Rate Period or that have been otherwise designated as separate subseries, as the context may require.
