References to Borrower Sample Clauses
References to Borrower. All references to the term "Borrower" set forth herein or in any other Loan Document shall refer to Moog Inc. Stock Employee Compensation Trust (as a distinct legal entity) and/or the Trustee, acting not in any individual capacity but solely in his/her/its capacity as trustee of Moog Inc. Stock Employee Compensation Trust, as the context may require based on the provisions set forth herein, applicable law and the terms of the Trust Agreement.
References to Borrower. All references to "Borrower" in the Guaranty shall mean "Borrower, Florida Casino, and/or Leisure Express".

No other Person (including, without limitation, the Borrower) shall have any right, benefit, priority or interest under, or because of the existence of, this Agreement or shall be a direct or indirect beneficiary of or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with this Agreement, nor shall this Agreement affect the obligations of the Borrower to any Seller or the Agent under the Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document.
References to Borrower. The term "Borrower" herein refers to Innovations, Dental, Holdings, Lorvic and Denticator both separately and collectively. The words "a Borrower", "any Borrower", "each Borrower" and "every Borrower" refer to each of Innovations, Dental, Holdings, Lorvic and Denticator separately. The obligations of Innovations, Dental, Holdings, Lorvic and Denticator under the Loan Documents are joint and several.
References to Borrower. The Mortgage, the Assignment and the Environmental Indemnity are hereby modified and amended so that all respective references therein to the terms Borrower, Mortgagor, Assignor and any other respective term for the obligor thereunder shall mean Borrower, as defined in this Agreement.
