References to Borrower. All references to "Borrower" in the Guaranty shall mean "Borrower, Florida Casino, and/or Leisure Express".
References to Borrower. All references to the term "Borrower" set forth herein or in any other Loan Document shall refer to Moog Inc. Stock Employee Compensation Trust (as a distinct legal entity) and/or the Trustee, acting not in any individual capacity but solely in his/her/its capacity as trustee of Moog Inc. A Borrower, any Borrower, each Borrower, and every Borrower refers to Falcon Products, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Falcon Holdings, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Falcon de Xxxxxx, X.X. xe C.V., a Mexican corporation, Funduciones Technicas, S.A., a Mexican corporation, Falcon De Baja California, S.A. de C.V., a Mexican corporation, Falcon Mimon, a.s., a Czech Republic corporation formerly known as MITON, a.s., Hoxx Xurniture Corporation, a New York corporation, Joxxxxx Xndustries, Inc., an Illinois corporation, Hoxx Xurope A/S, a Denmark corporation, and Falcon Products (Shenzhen) Limited, a China corporation also known as Falcon Products China, Limited, and each of their respective Subsidiaries, whether now existing or hereafter created, organized or acquired from time to time, both separately and collectively, as though each such entity were actually listed, and their Obligations and liabilities (including, without limitation, the Loan Obligations) under the Loan Documents are joint and several in all respects.
References to Borrower. All references in the Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents to "Borrower" shall be deemed amended to read "any or all of Borrowers", "any of Borrowers", "all Borrowers", "each Borrower", "any such Borrower", "each such Borrower", or other similar phrase as and where applicable, so that each Joining Borrower is included therein, together with the Existing Borrower and the other Joining Borrowers.
