Numbering. 37.1 It shall be the responsibility of each Party to program and update its own switches and network systems to recognize and route traffic to the other Party's assigned NPA-NXXs at all times. Neither Telco nor Carrier shall charge each other for changes to switch routing software necessitated by the opening of NPAs or NXXs. If either Party is authorized to recover its costs for changes to switch routing software necessitated by the opening of NPAs or NXXs, the Parties shall reimburse each other’s costs according to such authorization.
37.2 The Parties shall comply with Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines, as currently specified in INC 00- 0000-000, in performing the electronic input of their respective number assignment information into the Routing Database System.
37.3 To the extent that the Carrier's dedicated NPA-NXX resides at a point in Telco network, then the Parties shall cooperate to reassign the routing V&H and the Common Language Location Identifier (“CLLI”) of dedicated NPA-NXX(s) from Telco’s Tandems to points within Carrier’s network as designated by Carrier. Xxxxxxx agrees that it shall use best efforts to complete the reassignment of its dedicated NPA-NXX(s) into its network. The Parties agree to cooperate in order to complete the transfer of all codes no later than the end of twelve months from the Effective Date. Until an NPA-NXX is reassigned, it will continue to be assigned to Telco’s network as shown in the LERG.
37.4 Telco will forward a confirmation to Carrier in response to Xxxxxxx’s request to add Carrier’s NPA-NXXs to Trunk Groups, when Carrier submits such a request accompanied by an ASR without service and using the remarks section to refer to the NPA-NXX form. This NPA-NXX installation request will be treated as a no- charge order.
37.5 Both Parties will provide switch translations and billing contact points regarding the establishment of or modification to full number blocks.
Numbering. 1.1 Nothing in this Section will be construed to limit or otherwise adversely impact in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any NANP numbers including, but not limited to, central office (NXX) codes pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines, or to establish, by tariff or otherwise, Exchanges and Rating Points corresponding to such NXX codes. Each Party is responsible for administering the NXX codes assigned to it.
1.2 Each Party agrees to make available to the other, up-to-date listings of its own assigned NPA-NXX codes, along with associated Rating Points and Exchanges.
1.3 It will be the responsibility of each Party to program and update its own switches and network systems to recognize and route traffic to the other Party’s assigned NXX codes at all times. Neither Party will impose fees or charges on the other Party for such required programming and updating activities.
1.4 It will be the responsibility of each Party to input required data into the Routing Data Base Systems (RDBS) and into the Bellcore Rating Administrative Data Systems (BRADS) or other appropriate system(s) necessary to update the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG).
1.5 Neither Party is responsible for notifying the other Parties’ End Users of any changes in dialing arrangements, including those due to NPA exhaust, unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the FCC, or a court.
Numbering. Section and subsection numbers, headings, or titles are for convenience only and are not to be construed to limit or to extend the meaning of any part of this lease.

WSP agrees that it shall use best efforts to complete the reassignment of its dedicated NPA-NXX(s)into its network. The Parties agree to cooperate in order to complete the transfer of all codes no later than the end of twelve months from the Effective Date. Until an NPA-NXX is reassigned, it will continue to be assigned to AT&T-13STATE’s network as shown in the LERG.
Numbering. 12.1 This article is a placeholder to maintain consistency of numbering articles between this agreement and the main collective agreement between the Calgary Board of Education and the CBE Staff Association.
Numbering. 3.3.1 Each Party is responsible for providing to the other, valid test numbers; one number terminating to a voice announcement identifying the Company and one number terminating to a milliwatt tone providing answer supervision and allowing simultaneous connection from multiple test lines. Both numbers should remain in service indefinitely for regressive testing purposes.
Numbering. 13.1 Each Party shall use numbers in accordance with the Numbering Plan issued by the Authority.
13.2 Subject to Clause 8, the Parties shall ensure that sufficient and correct numbering information is sent from one Network to the other for the correct delivery of Interconnected Calls or Short Messages and for implementation of the Numbering Plan.
13.3 The Parties shall convey to each other telephone numbers in the national and international formats as contained in the Numbering Plan issued by the Authority.
13.4 The Parties shall adopt and comply with the numbering system and number format as specified in the Numbering Plan and framework and guidelines on the usage set out therein.
Numbering. C.5.1 Each Party shall ensure that each Call handed over to it by the other Party at a SIP Interconnection shall be routed to the number of the National Numbering Plan which is associated with the Call and which indicates the destination of the Call.
C.5.2 Each Party shall give the other at least four weeks notice of any new numbering ranges that it proposes to implement or of any changes in its numbering structure that will necessitate modifications in the other Party’s Network. Each Party shall then implement and test the modifications before the end of the four week notice period.
C.5.3 If URCA decides to modify the National Numbering Plan, each Party shall co- operate in the early implementation of the changes and bear the costs associated with any changes to its own network required as a result of such a decision. The Party subject to such modifications will inform the other Party in writing as soon as it becomes aware of such a decision of URCA so that the other Party can carry out the necessary changes to its network.
Numbering. Each Party shall comply with ITU-T Standard E.164 and the Numbering Plan. Each Party shall submit its numbering series as approved by the Authority to the other Party in the format as set out in Attachment C6. Each such request shall be serially numbered by the Party submitting such request for maintaining data integrity.
Numbering. 14.1 Each Party shall make the necessary adjustments in a timely manner to its System to route Calls to the other Party’s System in accordance with the number ranges and other numbers assigned to the other Party under the National Numbering Scheme and in accordance with the Service Descriptions and the Service Schedule.
14.2 Each Party shall use numbers in accordance with the National Numbering Scheme.
