References to Borrowers. Each and every obligation of the Borrowers contained in this Agreement or any Loan Document, whether or not expressly stated, shall be the joint and several obligations of the Borrowers. Any and all references to the Borrowers contained in any representation or covenant of the Borrowers hereunder shall be a representation or covenant with respect to each Borrower, both individually and collectively.
