Common use of References to Class B Shares Clause in Contracts

References to Class B Shares. With respect to any Transfer, a reference to Class B Shares herein shall be deemed to include the Class A Shares or other securities issuable upon conversion of the Class B Shares in accordance with Dynegy’s Articles of Incorporation upon the Transfer of such Class A Shares or other securities to a third party.
