Common use of References to Company Clause in Contracts

References to Company. For purposes of Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7, the term “Company” as used therein shall also include any and all subsidiaries and affiliates of the Company.

References to Company. For purposes of Sections 2.11.6, 2.22.6, 2.33.1, 2.53.2, 2.6 3.3, 3.5, 3.6 and 2.73,7, the term “Company” as used therein shall also include any and all subsidiaries and affiliates of the Company.

References to Company. For purposes of Sections 2.1, 2.22.3, 2.32.4, 2.5, 2.6 2.6, 2.7, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 2.73.5, the term “Company” as used therein shall also include the corporate parents of the Company as well as any and all subsidiaries and affiliates of the Company.
