References to Conditions. Any reference herein to the "Conditions" is to the terms and conditions of the Securities scheduled to the Fiscal Agency Agreement and any reference to a numbered "Condition" is to the correspondingly numbered provision thereof. Words and expressions defined in the Conditions shall have the same meanings when used in this Temporary Global Security.
