Common use of References to Credit Provider/Letter of Credit/Reimbursement Agreement Clause in Contracts

References to Credit Provider/Letter of Credit/Reimbursement Agreement. Notwithstanding anything contained herein or in the Indenture to the contrary, provisions referencing the Credit Provider, the Reimbursement Agreement and any Letter of Credit shall be deemed to apply only to Bonds (or any subseries thereof), if any, issued in the Daily Interest Rate Period or the Weekly Interest Rate Period, the payment of principal, Purchase Price and interest on which has been secured by a Credit Provider pursuant to a Letter of Credit.
