References to Customer. Unless Customer requests otherwise by providing Notice to Magento, Magento may use Customer’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features (“Customer Marks”) in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists, financial reports, and website listings (including links to Customer’s website) for the purpose of advertising or publicizing Customer’s use of the Software and/or Service. Any such usage of Customer Marks shall be in accordance with Customer’s trademark guidelines, as provided to Magento in writing.
