Common use of References to Days and Time of Day Clause in Contracts

References to Days and Time of Day. All references to days herein are references to calendar days, unless otherwise indicated, such as by reference to Business Days. If the time for doing an act falls or expires on a day that is not a Business Day, the time for doing such act shall be extended to the next Business Day. Each reference to time of day is a reference to Pacific Standard time or Pacific Daylight Saving time, as the case may be.
