All references to this Agreement or any Appendix hereof are to it as amended, modified, and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. All references to (i) any other agreement or instrument or (ii) any statute, law, regulation, permit, or similar item are to it as amended and supplemented from time to time (and, in the case of a statute, law or regulation, to any corresponding provisions of successor statutes, laws, or regulations), unless otherwise specified.
