Common use of References to Guarantors/Guaranty Clause in Contracts

References to Guarantors/Guaranty. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, provisions referencing the Guarantors and/or the Guaranty shall be deemed to apply only to Bonds (or any subseries thereof) that bear interest at a Term Interest Rate and have been guaranteed by the Guarantors pursuant to the Guaranty.
