Common use of References to Interest Clause in Contracts

References to Interest. Any reference to the payment of interest on, or in respect of, any Note in this Indenture shall be deemed to include mention of the payment of Special Interest (if applicable) and Additional Interest (if applicable) if, in such context, Special Interest and Additional Interest, as applicable, was, or would be, payable pursuant to Section 6.01 and Section 12.01, respectively. An express mention of the payment of Special Interest (if applicable) or Additional Interest (if applicable) in any provision hereof shall not be construed as excluding Additional Interest or Special Interest, as applicable, in those provisions hereof where such express mention is not made.
