References to Laws and Regulations. Unless otherwise expressly stated or the context clearly indicates a different intention, then all references to any law, regulation, rule, order or policy herein are to be interpreted as references to such law, regulation, rule or policy (a) as implemented and interpreted from time to time by Official Bodies with appropriate jurisdiction therefor, and (b) as amended, modified, supplemented, replaced and repealed from time to time.
