Any reference in this Agreement to PATASKALA, ETNA, the COUNTY or the TID, or to any members or officers of the PATASKALA, ETNA, the COUNTY or the TID, includes those entities or officials succeeding to their functions, duties or responsibilities pursuant to or by operation of law or lawfully performing their functions.
