Common use of References to Persons Clause in Contracts

References to Persons. References to any Person (including any Party) include references to such Person’s successors and permitted assigns, and, in the case of any Governmental Authority, to any Person succeeding to its functions and capacities. It is agreed that a breach of this Agreement by Xxxxxx Sub will be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement by Parent.
