References to Principal Amount. Unless otherwise expressly indicated in this Indenture, any reference to the principal amount of the Notes is to $1,000 principal amount at maturity of the Notes and references to the Conversion Price per $1,000 principal amount of Notes are to $1,000 principal amount at maturity of the Notes (and not the Accreted Principal Amount of the Notes on any particular date) divided by the applicable Conversion Rate.
