Common use of References to Provider Clause in Contracts

References to Provider. If Provider is a legal entity composed of licensed Participating Provider, then all references, obligations, representations, warranties, and covenants pertaining to “Provider” herein shall apply to the legal entity as a whole and each health care provider thereof individually wherever appropriate. In addition, all references, obligations, representations and warranties pertaining to “Provider” shall apply to all employees, agents, representatives and Subcontractors of Provider, wherever appropriate.
