Section References and Schedules Any reference to a particular “Article”, “section”, “paragraph”, “clause” or other subdivision is to the particular Article, section, clause or other subdivision of this Agreement and any reference to a Schedule by letter will mean the appropriate Schedule attached to this Agreement and by such reference the appropriate Schedule is incorporated into and made part of this Agreement.
Incorporation of Recitals and Exhibits The Recitals and Exhibits attached to this Agreement are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
Amendment to Recitals The recitals of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by deleting the reference to "$275,000,000" contained therein and substituting "$350,000,000" therefor.

Incorporation of Recitals; Definitions The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given such terms in the Agreement.
Exhibits and Schedules; Additional Definitions All Exhibits and Schedules attached to this Agreement are a part hereof for all purposes. Reference is hereby made to the Security Schedule for the meaning of certain terms defined therein and used but not defined herein, which definitions are incorporated herein by reference.
Definitions and Exhibits Terms defined above or in the text of this Loan Agreement shall have the meanings set forth herein. Other capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Definitions Addendum, which is attached and incorporated herein. All exhibits to this Loan Agreement are also incorporated herein.
