References to Regulations. Any reference in this Agreement to a provision of final, proposed and/or temporary Regulations shall, in the event such provision is modified or renumbered, be deemed to refer to the successor provision as so modified or renumbered, but only to the extent such successor provision applies to the Partnership under the effective date rules applicable to such successor provision or the General Partner otherwise so reasonably Approves under applicable elections contained in such Regulations.
