Common use of References to Subadviser Clause in Contracts

References to Subadviser. (a) The name "Van Kampen" is the property of Xxxxxxxxxr for copyright and other purposes. Subadviser agrees that, for so long as Subadviser is the Fund's sole subadviser, the name "Van Kampen" may be used in the xxxx xx xhe Fund and that such use of the name "Van Kampen" may include use of xxx name in prospectuses, reports, and sales materials. Sales literature may be furnished to Subadviser hereunder by first-class or overnight mail, electronic or facsimile transmission, or hand delivery. Subadviser's right to object to such materials is limited to the portions of such materials that expressly relate to Subadviser, its services, and its clients.
